LETTERS to IRV "The way to heaven"Today is my birthday but we celebrated it with my great big family during the concert I gave them, yesterday. And there was a group of Americans there and one of them also was celebrating her birthday. And I sang for them and they liked my songs so much. What a great day it was yesterday. Because my mother and my father and my sweet daughter were there. I was thrilled so much and I was over the Moon. Because I was on the Stage for the first time for them. My father was living 'euphoria' while he was listening to my songs.
He did not want me to be on the Stage and sing because he was brought up in a very conservative family and for him it was no good to be a singer for a woman like me!?! I never could understand the reason why and I did struggle for it and I went on singing both on the stage and at the Studios. And I thank God I have done so. Because otherwise I was going to sit at home and cook endlessly for the guests and give them or take from them meal recipies and do some more tapestry works for my home walls. Well..I never disparage the house-wives because being a house- wife is one of the most difficult and sacred businesses for a woman. And I certainly do respect them. But to be out ; at the center of the social life is better than being at home for hours and do nothing actually.
Anyway, the concert was great and ıt was the final concert of the season and this evening my lovely cousin and I will meet in a very nice restaurant for dinner, for my birthday. How lucky I ammm!?! Lots of nice people around me, have been celebrating my birthday with me, with all their hearts. Greatttt!!
Today, I understand better that you take back from the life whatever you give to it. . I always have tried to give positive to my life. And do take back the same...
