I am getting ready to be in the great night with a comfortable sleep. I always fall asleep whenever I put my head on my non-allergenic pillow. I sleep in a cool and a half-dark room.I sometimes do have sweet dreams but sometimes no dreams at all. And I very seldom have nightmares. I never use sleeping pills and did not use any during my menopause period.
My perimenopause period did start at the age of thityseven. It really was too early and so hard to cope with it but when I woke up with hot sweat during the nights I used to have a cup of herbal tea and read a cheerful or romantic book. Then I was falling asleep.
To sleep well is the best treatment for all of us. We always need a qualified sleep. And I hope I will have a nice sleep after I finish studying Spanish, tonight. Spanish is my third language and I love studying Spanish so much. My Colombian teacher Ricardo is a very cheerful man and it really is fun to have Spanish classes with him.
Oohhh....I was about to forget to tell you about the poppies. They all have been blooming in the fields with their unique red colour. Poppy red is one of my favourite colours. I hope you all feel as if you are in a poppy field while you sleep...
