As the Fall is approaching I can see walnuts and figs at the greengrocer that I usually shop at. They were on the branches of the trees last month and now is the time to pick them from the trees. Walnuts and figs are very useful for our bodies.
Summer fruits like; peaches, watermelons, apricots and cherries almost have finished here. We have wonderful fresh melons. And grapes are coming out from the vineyards.
How flawless this nature moves around. I could say each year, at the same time, very same movements, we witness. It never infallibles. And I do like following the nature so much..! So that I could know very well what is the best to do when and what is the best to eat when!!
I personally eat fresh vegetables and fruits from the farms..! My body and soul have been happier with vegetables and fruits more than meat and fish. I feel so much peaceful and happy and healthy to be a half-vegeterian.
